Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MGGA ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Game.
2. Game Description
MGGA is a mobile game developed and published by Maanler Studios. Players build and manage a Mars colony, gather resources, recruit characters, engage in combat, and participate in multiplayer activities. The Game is available on iOS and Android platforms.
3. Account Registration
- You must register an account to play MGGA. A valid email address is required, and email verification must be completed within 24 hours or the account will be automatically deleted.
- You are limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.
- You must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts created with false information may be terminated.
4. User Conduct
When using MGGA, you agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit, or hack — use unauthorized software, bots, scripts, mods, or any method to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game systems
- Harass other players — engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful behavior toward other players
- Impersonate others — misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization, including Maanler Studios staff
- Share or sell accounts — transfer, sell, trade, or share your account access with any other person
- Disrupt the service — intentionally overload servers, distribute malware, or interfere with other players' ability to enjoy the Game
5. In-App Purchases
- MGGA offers optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency (StellarCrystals) and virtual items.
- All virtual currency and virtual items are non-transferable and may only be used within the Game.
- Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
- All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to the respective platform in accordance with their refund policies.
- We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, or functionality of virtual items and currency at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within MGGA, including but not limited to game code, artwork, character designs, music, sound effects, text, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Maanler Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Game without prior written permission from Maanler Studios.
- Players retain no intellectual property rights in or to any in-game items, characters, buildings, or other game content.
7. Service Availability
- We aim to provide consistent availability of the Game but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Scheduled maintenance windows may occur, during which the Game may be temporarily unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance.
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any game features, content, or services at our discretion, with or without notice.
- We are not liable for any loss of progress, items, or data resulting from service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.
8. Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms of Service.
- Actions that may result in account termination include, but are not limited to: cheating, harassment, exploiting bugs, account sharing, or any behavior that disrupts the game experience for others.
- If your account is suspended or banned, you may appeal by contacting support@maanler.com. Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated data, including any purchased virtual items or currency. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts except as required by applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
MGGA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- Maanler Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.
- We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, unauthorized access to your account, or any damages resulting from gameplay.
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Game shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. The specific jurisdiction will be determined and updated in a future revision of these terms. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Game will be resolved in accordance with the governing jurisdiction once established.
