Maanler Studios ("we," "us," or "our") operates MGGA, a mobile game available on iOS and Android platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our game and related services.

Account Data

When you register for an account, we collect:

• Email address — used for account verification, authentication, and communication
• Display name — your chosen in-game name visible to other players

Gameplay Data

As you play, we automatically collect:

• Game progress — building states, resource levels, and colony development
• Match history — records of combat, raids, and multiplayer interactions

This data is stored on PlayFab (Microsoft Azure) servers to enable cloud saves and cross-device play.

Device Data

We collect basic device information to ensure compatibility and provide technical support:

• Device type — model and manufacturer
• Operating system version
• App version

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect any of the following:

• Location data (GPS or network-based)
• Contacts or address book information
• Photos, videos, or camera data
• Health or fitness data
• Financial information (payment processing is handled entirely by Apple and Google)

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Game functionality — saving progress, enabling multiplayer features, and delivering gameplay
• Account security — verifying identity, preventing unauthorized access, and detecting fraudulent activity
• Analytics — understanding gameplay patterns to improve game balance and user experience

4. Third-Party Services

MGGA relies on the following third-party services:

• PlayFab (Microsoft Azure) — provides backend services including player authentication, game state storage, cloud saves, and server-side game logic
• Apple (App Store) — handles iOS app distribution and in-app purchase processing
• Google (Play Store) — handles Android app distribution and in-app purchase processing

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers through the PlayFab platform. We implement the following security measures:

• All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Access to player data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

6. Data Retention

• Active accounts — your data is retained for as long as your account remains active
• Unverified accounts — accounts that are not verified via email are automatically deleted after 24 hours
• Account deletion — players may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time (see Your Rights below)

7. Children's Privacy

MGGA is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Data export — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Account deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data
• Communication preferences — opt out of non-essential communications at any time
